How our 10-week program works
Submit your application between March 1 and May 1. Selected applicants participate in an interview process. We seek motivated individuals aged 14-24 with English proficiency who are committed to intercultural dialogue.
Participants are organized into small, diverse groups called Virtual Host Families. These intimate communities serve as your primary space for deeper connections, ongoing discussions, and collaborative activities throughout the program.
Engage in weekly structured dialogue sessions covering global themes. Participate in video conferences, collaborative projects, and community activities. Work with your team on meaningful initiatives while developing cross-cultural communication skills.
Connect with peers from around the world through our online platforms. No travel needed! Share cultural experiences, exchange ideas, and build friendships that extend beyond the program through continuous community engagement and informal interactions.
Engage in structured discussions on global issues including politics, culture, identity, and current affairs. Our trained facilitators create safe spaces for respectful yet challenging conversations across diverse perspectives.
Work with international teams online on meaningful projects that address real-world challenges. Develop practical skills while creating tangible outcomes that reflect your collective learning and creativity, all from the comfort of your home.
Receive an official certificate upon successful completion of the program. Recognition of your participation, engagement, and cross-cultural learning achievements throughout the 10-week experience.
Join a vibrant community of over 1,100+ alumni across 50+ countries. Access ongoing networking opportunities, collaborative projects, and continued online engagement. Alumni are also invited to optional in-person meet-ups and events in various locations around the world.
Access funding opportunities for youth-led initiatives. We support innovative projects developed by participants and alumni that contribute to positive social impact in their communities.
The program is open to individuals aged 14-24 with conversational English proficiency who are committed to intercultural dialogue and cross-cultural learning. We welcome participants from all backgrounds and countries.
Participants should dedicate approximately 4-5 hours per week. This includes weekly dialogue sessions (1 hour), video conferences (1 hour), collaborative project work, and community engagement activities.
No travel is required! The entire 10-week program is 100% online. All activities (dialogue sessions, video conferences, collaborative projects, and community engagement) happen on the internet.
We use digital platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, Discord, and Telegram, so you can participate from anywhere in the world with a stable internet connection.
Alumni Events: After completing the program, alumni may be invited to optional in-person events and meet-ups in various locations. These are completely optional and not part of the core program requirements.
We use various digital platforms including Google Drive, Google Meet, Zoom, Discord, Telegram, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and OneDrive for communication, video conferencing, and collaboration. All activities are conducted online. No travel required!
There are operational costs associated with running the program. However, we offer financial assistance to ensure accessibility. If cost is a barrier to participation, please reach out to discuss available support options. Since everything is online, you save on travel and accommodation costs!
We require participants not to be enrolled in other programs before the time of the program. If you have already participated in a cultural or leadership exchange program before, we recommend you email us and apply as a volunteer to take your skills and knowledge to the next level.
